Refund policy

Please contact us at sales@lbsigns.ca describe the problem or issue with the product with in the first 10 days of receiving your products.

Requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt or order information.​ A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of date returned.  

Shipping charges both to and from are non-refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund based on the original price of the item and in accordance with this policy.
